Cambsdance holds a minimum of information to manage bookings for, and direct communications with, its dance community.

The information we store is limited to your name, your e-mail address, your phone number, and a record of bookings made.

We use your e-mail address, at your request, for e-mails notifying you of forthcoming events organised by and promoted by Cambsdance.

We share no details with any external organisations, for marketing or any other purposes.

We may make limited specific data available to official organisations on formal request, such as for NHS Test and Trace.

We hold this data for a limited period for internal administrative purposes, and will delete it after that period.

If you would like your personal data removed from Cambsdance records, we will remove (or at least anonymise) that data on request (via cambsdance.org.uk/contact). In that case you will of course no longer receive direct information about forthcoming events.
